Hi Deb,
I work for String Info and we really are located in Bethesda.
There's an office in India too, but a co-worker and I will be handling most/all of the interactions with abstractors - once everything's all set up with E&O and W9s and all of the fun paperwork.
If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them either by email, forum message, or feel free to ask for my phone number so I can answer any questions you have that way too.
