I own and operate Northstar Title, Inc. A Virginia corporation. I was not aware that there was a North Star Title in Minnesota until I started reading this thread. 

Personally, I have been completing title searches in Virginia since the mid-1980s and opened my own company when my family relocated in 2003. We are not a full service company as we have no outside party who can underwrite policies on staff and we no longer offer witness only closing services.

We cover 13 different jurisdictions in the northwestern part of Virginia.
