I never worked for PNA Title, but  V4 InfoTech paid us on time. We have been working with them for past 3 years. Sometimes they were slow but paid off without fail. The owner of the company is really good. He gave us a lot of business. From past month they are going thru issues with CFO and CAO of the company. They both are husband and wife who almost cheated the company by providing wrong books and bills. Couple weeks back I called them to check for the new orders, but I ended up with very sad news from them.

 The lawsuit has been filed for Both CFO and CAO.  The owner trying to pay all outstanding obligations of LLC. 

And also I don't recommend working for Poise Infosystems and  Intellect because same people handling this two entities. I've received a check from them with the same signature.
