You got that right! BUT what logic is there in hiring people JUST to make phone calls? It is so completely unnecessary and a waste of everyone's time and their money.
I just don't get it. I'm a vendor manager covering many states. *I* certainly don't find the need to call people to ask for status! I know the turn times. If someone goes over their usual time, I e-mail them. Only if I don't get a response do I call and believe me, that is extremely rare.
I constantly get the overwhelming desire to ask if I can take over their vendor management for awhile and get it running correctly....
Yes, I need more stress in my life.
