they give us their Loan # to put on the CD, just like we used to do with the old HUD-1's Our title work would have Lot / Block, filed Map, etc. We push that info to the lender, not visa versa. Each state, county, taxing body is different in every state. In NJ, we search by Lot/Block, Filed Map, Owner Name, etc. We don't even look at the APN since it's not typically in the records, only on the tax bill to the owner.
