Thank you for posting this. I was recently contacted by that company, and they tried to get me to lower my fees, too. I did agree to $40.00 for a current owner search, since they said there would be a great volume of work coming my way. That was a couple of weeks ago. I guess they're trying to find someone cheaper. Oh well, "you get what you pay for" in most cases, eh?
