Solidify, formerly Abstrax, do pay their contractors; they are extremely pleasant to talk to, and you always get to talk to someone right away. They never, ever complain about missing copies, etc. They just ask you to please provide them. If you need more time for a search or a fee approval, they are accommodating. I can' t say anything bad about them at all.
