Not all judgments in PA are created equal. In general they are good for five years and can be renewed for three additional 5 year periods before you have to go back to court again. Judgments in PA can be "in personum"or "in rem" Meaning they can be against a person or they are only against a particular tract of real estate, so you need to read the underlying case information to know what type of judgment you have. Certain kinds of criminal restitution liens have no expiration date at all. Check with your underwriters to get a handy chart about judgments in Pennsylvania.
