They're a corporation and if they declare bankruptcy, there really isn't much you can do.  A secured creditor will be paid off first.  You can try to collect, but if there's nothing left, why bother?  Even if they don't declare bankruptcy, the secured creditor is first in line and I really doubt there'll be anything left.
