Though I'm not a title researcher or anyone working in adjunct industry I spent quite a bit of time to learn this industry in the last several weeks... if my assessment is not  far off probably three things make a title company or title researcher successful, namely, relevant knowledge, skills and experience, business acumen and willingness to leverage technology.
