We recently had an issue where they paid for the searches, but not the copies.  Once I received the correct accounting contact, they apologized and we received payment within the week. Contact Margaret Pinto at mpinto@corelogic.com or 817-699-1090.  It took her 2 days to respond to my email, but she resolved the issue quickly.
