Craig is actually a very decent guy. I actually had the pleasure of working with him both at NREIS and RDC.

But unfortunately we know what happened at NREIS and cash flow problems at RDC are not new. At Visionet they would eventually pay, but it would be a few months. That is difficult for smaller companies/abstractors to manage. But in good faith I would suggest that everybody take their own call.
