We had issues once with Realty Data (back in 2015).. but ended up sending unpaid invoices directly to Craig Weber (the actual invoice (from QuickBooks) (Our invoices included a base price of the order with a break down of the copies with their file number shown and our invoice number as well.).. and those were promptly paid -  I am happy to give you all notice that Craig is very responsive to any unpaid invoices in the past and currently - they are currently going thru a systems change, but we went thru it very easily.. they are current with payment ever 2 weeks with us since 2015.
