I had the same problem and stopped doing their work because of this. Besides they would contact me several times a day expecting me to jump through hoops for them. I did eventually get paid but I told them I would no longer do their work, after that they still sent me documents to record. I told them I was not doing them and they said we need you to take them to fedex immediately. Sorry, your mistake doesn't require me to jump up and take them to fedex. I dropped them when I was going for someone else as well. They didn't like that very much...but still sent me documents after that. Annoying!! I would stop now why you have a chance! I know someone they owe about $12K
