I stopped working for them 2-3 years ago because they refused to pay for copies they requested.  When I pointed out that the "address page of mortgage" was NOT part of the first page where it stated the BORROWER'S address (not necessarily the property address in question), they continued to argue and never acknowledged that I was 100% right.  Never paid, either.
