I also have concerns about Land Coast Title. I spoke with their office yesterday and was supposed to receive a call back from Samuel King because he was "in a meeting." However, a different person from the office called me back an hour later asking about some pending orders they have with us that we told them we would not process until Samuel King called me back or we received a payment because they had reached our new client credit limit.  I have not received that call yet. If I do, I will update this post.
