feds own tax-free post offices everywhere, not needing to mess up services for vitals, deeds, assessments, etc.   went from stand-in-line to take-a-number with an hour wait when pp's started.  public's unhappy, homeowners can no longer get docs during their lunch, county workers hate it, businesses can't file, title co's got no say;  only one who seems happy is elected offcl
