I don't know why you were so insistent on a confirmation email, when you were certainly presented with the package to close and a phone number in which to call the borrower. What would that  confirmation email tell you that you didn't already know?  Sometimes it helps to think outside the box and consider that the person you need to serve most is the borrower/buyer, and not the internal bureaucracy because in the end, they are the ones paying the bill, not our underwriters.to post a reply: login - or - register
