Thank you! If you could shoot me his e-mail I would appreciate it. I do work for a very large insurance agency..Not to be named haa, and I had to deal with their off shore people reviewing my work. The mistakes were unbelievable. In a few instances I had copies that were unavailable. A judge had them and would not allow the file out or old ones that were missing from the courthouse. Gone forever! I always note these problems on my cover sheet. After repeatedly explaining why it's it's unavailable they would still ask for it over and over. I grew tired of the repeated e-mails and phone calls thought out the day and even during the night.  Finally asking me to just take it off the report since they can't they don't know what to do about it. One of these was a current foreclosure!
