This is a list when I used to work for Equity National as their underwrite several years ago. Last Statue I have is In Minnesota, a mortgage or deed of trust creates a lien only and does not transfer title. Minnesota Code 507.01, .34. So the sheet is off, because I see it should be both, but things could have changed since then.
