Yes, I used to have some trouble.  I was an abstractor for them for about 9 years. Last year I began having issues.  Eventually, they began using another abstractor.  I was told the reason was that personal relationships cannot determine who receives work...I was personal friends with the former office manager and a former owner.  After being a loyal vendor for 9 years, it seemed like an odd reason.  Good luck getting paid.
