I'm willing to provide one to two hours a day pro bono software programming and database manipulation service to one or two small to mid-sized title companies (max 2 hours a day), thus, on one hand it provides value to the title company/companies and on the other hand, for me to continue to gain an in-depth understanding of the title insurance business.

First, you may want to know if I'm very good at what I do, see below

Secondly, you may want to know if I'm trustworthy.  I've been around SoT for about three years now, hopefully overall interaction has been positive.

And up front, I'd like to let you know that if I have to turn you down don't get upset.  Such an effort would need to have clear mutual benefits to boot.
