Just because I can print copies from my office doesn't mean Its free. They may be 50 cents at the courthouses, but the cost of toner and paper come out of my pocket elsewhere.  Unbelievable how many people want everything for next to nothing. If a company is that cheap in the cost of a title it makes me wonder what quality of work they are passing on to their customer. $40 for a full etc, free copies? Scary..
