Vantage Point is fantastic - I have worked with them through the law firm I used to be with - Nicole Nega, and they are fantastic.  They do want an attorney cert with their title - but just attorney certification, worksheet, invoice and search package and they have regular work.  Like good TAT but not pushy and certainly a joy to work with.  I would highly recommend them as a client.  It is not difficult title either - sometimes it is but often their purchase closings are very straightforward.
