That is a good idea. We could probably work on a way to hide them. We keep them because we don't know that they are out of business unless they notify us - very few actually do. And because they may have reviews that would be useful if the company is still in business, even though their contact information might be out of date.
So, if we know that they have bad contact information we mark them as such and push them to the bottom of the search results. If they notify us that they are out of business we remove them from the directory.
