We've done work for them here and there over many years, but haven't seen anything in a long time.  I did this type of order system with another company for about 10 years, didn't have any issues.  Just be sure to add the "service fee" to the fees you quote them.  They told me to do that to make sure I was reimbursed.  Never had an issue with that or payment from either company.
