Hi, If you do work with them through this pay service every time an order is submitted, meaning the original request and then if any upgrades, copy requests and even when order is cancelled due to a no find wrong area etc you get charged. I do not understand why a company needs to use a third party service to handle their orders. It is like a used car or furniture salesman. Just someone else sticking there hand in the pot, then passing it along not really doing anything but finding a way to collect a fee and bumping up the bottom line and not in either the vendor nor companies favor. This day and age of technology companies can do all this in house have more control and not waste more dollars.
