Thank you for your post Scott!  It has been the same in Southern Illinois, things are beginning to pick up!  I have been an independent abstractor since 2010 and have seen it cycle up and down. I love what I do, especially the challenging more complicated searches, which helps sharpen my mind and keep me focused
