There are no averages as far as my multiple states -- and even multiple counties within states -- are concerned.  Doing an office building in downtown detroit is going to require a whole lot more money than the mom and pop grocery store in Podunk, Michigan.  I never post rates for commercial searches and tell all clients each search must be quoted with the abstractor or abstractors separately.

A 60 year in Wisconsin may be $200 but that same search in Texas could top $1200.
