We also had one of these. They sent us a form to use in a proprietary software that we don't have access  and after sending them the information twice, they called it late and incomplete and they would reissue the search. We wished them luck and sent them on their way. Clients are finding new ways to get around fees. They are submitting wrong counties for searches and then after spending the time verifying that it is the wrong county, they want to get back to us to see what the client wants to do. We have instituted a no find fee because of this.
