Susan, I thought I was the only one that happens to. I actually got an email last night at 3:45 a.m. (I was sleeping) telling me to contact them immediately with an eta or they will reassign the order, an order they emailed me at 1:30 a.m., but silly me I chose to get some sleep instead of confirming that order at 1:30 a.m. And sure enough, there was another email at 5:00 a.m. saying they reassigned the order. Yes, this American based company used customer service reps from overseas to email me in the middle of the night, while they slept soundly in their beds. Hm.
