some companies have changed the calculation of turn time as 1 day is equal to 12 hours! I guess that's what we are dealing with when searches in some areas can be completed while we sleep here in the USA! How do we handle that? By the time you deliver a C/O search you are late because you were sleeping!!!! TAT also do not include a request for status at the 12 hour mark. Would they like delivery of the product or an e mail that will tell them they will get their search in 20 minutes!!! I'm really disgusted with this malarkey!! I may need to drive an hour to even get to the search location! I'm over these huge volume production houses that want to dominate my business and my time! Dump 15 searches in a Thursday night before a holiday weekend and freak out when they don't get 100% at 9AM on the Monday holiday. OVER IT!!!!
