I don't want to bad mouth any specific company, but we have found over the years of being in business since 1995 that our most difficult  as to slow paying clients to collect from out of state. Indus lists their address as Newark, De. as in Delaware. I admit I misread their location. If you truly have a slow paying client your legal remedies as to collections are limited. Hence our policy.
