Company News Bulletins

Finally... a better way to keep your clients informed with timely announcements about your company and the counties you cover.

If you have a company listed with us, and you are logged in with the email address you used to register your company, you will notice that you have a "My Bulletins" link under the main "Bulletin" heading in the left column.  Rather than sending notices to each of your clients individually, you can now enter pertinent bulletins here and your clients will be able to subscribe to them.  This works out particularly well for clients because they can aggregate all of their vendors' bulletins in one location and keep a record of them.

Here is a sample of what kinds of announcements we have in mind:

Monday, Dec. 29, 2008 - Richburg, Morton, and Crawfish Counties are closing at noon on New Year's Ever.

Monday, Dec. 29, 2008 - Richburg County tax computers are down for maintenance until Jan. 5.

Monday, Dec. 29, 2008 - Our office will be closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.

Thursday, Jan. 1,  2009 - Frankenborrough County Clerk of Courts computer is still misindexing names on State liens. A commission is reviewing the problem; we will notify you when the problem has been resolved.

Friday, Jan. 2, 2009 - Our office is moving to 123 Main Street, Capital, XY 10101.  Phone, fax and email addresses will remain the same.

Friday, Jan 2, 2009 - We are adding Gorgonzola County to our service area effective immediately with the addition of Jim Smith, our new abstractor with 15 years of experience.

Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 - Due to sever snow storm, we are unable to make it to Maroon County today.  Orders will be completed tomorrow as soon as possible.

Any bulletins you submit will also appear on your company listing page, so that users searching the directory will be aware of your important announcements.

We encourage you to use this feature and notify your clients.  For you convenience, we have prepared a customized letter you can send all of your clients to let them know how to subscribe to your bulletins.  Just click here to print the letter and mail, fax, or email it to your clients.

Remember, this is a FREE service available to every registered company in our directory.  There is no reason NOT to use it... it is a simple, FREE benefit you can offer your client.

To post a bulletin for your company:

You must be logged in with the email address you used to list the company.  If you need help, email info@sourceoftitle.com. Click the "My Bulletins" link under the "Bulletins" heading in the left column.  Then, enter the text of the announcement in the textbox and click the "Submit" button.

To subscribe to bulletins of your clients and vendors:

There are a few ways to do this.  First, you can go to the main Bulletins page, by clicking the "Bulletins" heading in the left column and enter the company's SOT ID number in the box marked "SOT ID #" and click the "Subscribe" button.

Second, you can search for the company in our directory and click the "plus-sign" next to the company name in the search results page.

Third, you can view the companies directory listing and click the link to "subscribe to this company's bulletins."
