[-] THIRD COAST TITLE, LLC/ JP LEWIS URGENT READ - Lisa Johnson/GA (1 reply)
5/8/2012 5:30:47 PM (6687 views)
Third Coast Title is a company riddled with trouble.  It is reportedly owned by SCOTT PLATT, a Cumming, Georgia residence and the company is based out of Wellington, FL.  The National Sales Rep is JAMES L. PEFANIS (among other suits, see Civil Action No. 1:07-CV-03116-JOF-RGV Forsberg; Civil Action no. 1:08-CV-01042-JOF-RGV Smith; Civil Action No. 1:2008-CV-00896) and he is the former Chairman and President of AME Mortgage Lenders Corporation, an embattled Atlanta based company on the losing end of a $9M dollar award folllowing a string of suits that seems to follow PEFANIS.  Also, PEFANIS is allegedly using a fictitious name of JP LEWIS (a possible version of James Louis Pefanis) in approaching many Georgia, Tennessee and Florida vendors where he is alledgely promising loads of work and in the process, allegedly defaming other reputable title abstraction businesses in the process.  Allegedly, PEFANIS was provided with confidential proprietorship information from his long term partner and attorney RON ECKLAND (among other suits, see Civil Action No. 1:210-CV-02346 Forsberg; Civil Action No. 1:210-CV-00357) as he served as General Counsel to a local title company.  ECKLAND allededly duped the title company during his 13 month employment there while feeding PEFANIS with critical and vital trade confidentialities while serving as their staff attorney.  Georgia Law Suits have been filed against THIRD COAST TITLE, LLC, PLATT, PEFANIS AND ECKLAND by the title company and may possibly include other employees that assisted their efforts.  to post a reply: login - or - register
