Hi Mr. Kirkpatrick,

 

I emailed you this morning with the information needed to complete a current owner search.  Although we already have the deed, we need to run mortgage records to confirm if there is an open mortgage on the property from 1998 - 2002.  Please rush this. 

 

Your rates on Source of Title indicate a current owner search is $50.  Please advise of your correct rates as we would like to send more work to you in your coverage areas.
