Thanks Philip, I appreciate your input. My attorney does not have specific knowledge on liability after the business closes. As an attorney, he would carry an indefinite tail policy because he could be sued as an individual. I'm reaching out to other attorneys as well as my accountant. I thought I'd throw it out here for additional info. Thanks!
