I am not sure who you are addressing and I am trying to be as diplomatic as possible. However, one of the individuals in this chain was paid twice. As far as I know, the individual had a very pleasant conversation with representatives at the bank and was satisfied with the outcome The individual has also expressed a desire to return the overage to me and I am glad there is more positive than negative to this event. So, to answer your query which surprises me because this has nothing to do with you. Money, not stories handled the situation with dignity and class. Does that help?
