Thank you for the kind words David. We will have to wait until NALTEA releases their certification criteria, but I think you will like it. I don't have all of the facts, but I think that NALTEA will require a minimum number of years experience, E&O insurance, AND a written test. This should ensure that those certified by NALTEA meet a high standard.
Source of Title, as you know, isn't making much money and still operating at a loss (we're working on that). We simply don't have the resources (staff) to put together that type of indepth certification. NALTEA has several volunteers working hard to make this a very meaningful designation.
Give it some time... I think that you (everyone) will be impressed by NALTEA. I hope you (and many others) are able to join us in Dallas this January. I believe that is where the certification criteria will be formally announced. Also, they are lining up some interesting speakers... it will be a great event.
