No system is perfect, and any system can be abused. Our review system limits each registered company to ONE review per company. This will prevent a single user from drastically effecting the reviews for any one company. We also allow each company to post a response to any review to tell their side of the story.
We hope that the positive reviews will far outweigh the negatives. We also hope that negative reviews will be constructive and not merely vengeful ranting.
We encourage everyone to distribute their SOT ID NUMBER (which can be found on your directory listing) to their clients. The more reviews a company has, the better the information will be.
Hope this clears some things up. I'm sure we will have a period of adjustment to the new feature, while people get used to it. We will have to see how it goes.
