I, like most others agree with you. To me there is just something wrong about this. When HUD is regulating lenders, agents, etc. and most residential mortgages are pooled through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac etc. why in the world would we let due diligence and conveyence issues be farmed out to companies in another country, not to metion there is more room than ever for error. People, it is time we do something about this, eventually not many of us will be working in this field if we don't. Your imput is strongly suggested.
