OK, so perhaps since my post was viewed 77 times, you all are thinking of a question. I have had a few emails and there are great ideas out there. One question can make me think of 5 more.
Someone asked what I meant by a scenario question. I mean something like this:
John and Sue buy a property joint tenants then get married. Gift deed property to themselves to show tenants by the entirety. You later find a divorce decree and find she had judgments against her in her maiden name, Do you a) not report the jd's because they took title TEROS b) report all jd's found c) report only joint jd's against both d) report none of the jd's found,
Do you know the answer?
