They're a relative newcomer to our area. We've gotten a few orders, and haven't had any payment issues that I can recall. I can tell you, however, that they do demand strict compliance with their turn times, which is an issue we've been working to address.
They send out an "abstractor report card", and regularly evaluate the overall performance of their vendors. I'd venture to say they'll probably be sending us more work once our performance improves.
