I also have some questions. In so far as certification is concerned through NALTEA, is NALTEA prepared to recognize state issued licences in lieu of certification. Appraisers, attorneys and notaries are all licensed through the state of Connecticut. All of us have to take a test to obtain licensing. It my case it was a two day bar exam. Someone posted a valid observation on this board last week concerning the test for certification that NALTEA was devising. The answers to the question may be correct in one state but wrong in another state. Either the test questions have to be limited to those in which the answers are correct in all 50 state or NALTEA is going to devise a test for each state. If we can get some resolution to these questions then your proposal would seem to make some sense. This posting is continued below in response to Robert's posting
