I think the difference here is mainly an ownership issue. With a separate entity, those buying in would become owners, with NALTEA they wouldn't have that benefit.
Depending on how its done, it could work either way. If we just decided it was enough to do general marketing, NALTEA could do that (NALTEA should do that regardless). If it is going to be a vendor management company that is actually going to be receiving orders and assigning them to independent abstractors, it would be better to be a separate entity, in my opinion.
Either way, it is going to be tough to put together a plan that will attract enough interest to be feasible. There are so many different opinions on this already and we have only heard from a hand full of people.
