Just happened to think that even if the title company does subcontract out the title work in its entirety to us, it could still bill it out to its client at whatever fee it agreed to. This would increase its profit between the savings it realizes on reduced expenses of personnel administration and the profit from the title search. Makes the service we offer even more attractive.
