Just a doc retrval fee isn't enough $$ to pay gas, parking, TIME, ink, paper, computer, scanner, electricity, internet, E&O Insurance (whew!)...overhead to be exact. I give my good, old clients great breaks and they're appreciative. I want my clients to make money; in return I would think they would want the same for me. Keeping my clients happy helps to make them keep me happy. I'll be glad to give discounts & so far have been lucky on the pay front & return business. ETA is great too, also helps return business. I do understand what Alix is talking about these days.
