This sounds so typical of the state of title search orders today. Somehow the searcher is supposed to determine from some nebulous language what it is that the client wants. That is exactly the same situation that I was talking about in the above posting. When you call to get some clarification of the order they act amazed that you can not understand what they want, but if you press them to clear up the matter they don't have an answer. Very frustrating line of work, and added to that there is general lack of respect for the searcher that permeates the occupation. I think I will look into a career as a clog dancer.
