I've been with Nationwide for three years now. I understand some of the concerns and issues raised here, but I believe the negative posts on this site are based on completely out-of-date information. These are the changes that I have personally been involved with:
NTC had trouble with their older abstract order tracking system, but has fully replaced it. NTC has changed from net 60 payments to abstractors to net 15 and no longer waits to receive payment from their clients before paying abstractors. NTC completed several reconciliations of past abstractor work and closed all of them. Any discrepancy or issue is being resolved immediately on a go-forward basis. The NTC management has changed as well as the abstract area staff. Order tracking is extreme by comparison to older times. NTC created a web-site for abstractors to track the status of their own orders. I have personally received many praises from some of the 1500 abstractors contracted with NTC currently.
Perhaps you could lay off the attack.
