I have had clients say the lender wants to know ..... and I say I cannot give legal advice - the lender has legal counsel they need to contact them. I know why I abstract something but it would be wrong for me to explain why. You know unusually things - had a time when property was sold to a husband and wife with D/T in their names then transferred to a family trust. A 350,000 terrorist lien was placed against these people after that. They wanted to know why I included it in the search if the lien was in the individuals names not the trust - go figure.
